Getting Started with Voithos AI Connector in Claude

Voithos AI is an AI assistant for your online meetings. You can add it to your Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams meetings, and Voithos AI will save video, create transcriptions in 25 languages, and generate a summary of the conversation.

How to Connect Voithos AI to Claude

Method 1: Via Claude Connectors Directory (Recommended)

  1. Open Claude and navigate to Settings > Connectors.
  2. Find Voithos AI in the directory and click Connect.
  3. Sign in with your Voithos account to authorize Claude to access your meeting transcripts.
  4. Voithos AI tools are now ready to use in any Claude conversation!

Method 2: Manual Setup (Custom Connector)

If you are connecting via a direct URL:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Connectors > Add Custom Connector.
  2. Enter the Connector Name: Voithos AI
  3. Enter the MCP Endpoint URL:
    https://mcp.voithos.ai/mcp
  4. Click Save and complete authentication.

Example Questions

Now you can ask Claude about your meetings. No need to tell Claude what to use — it knows what to use to get information.

  • Can you list all my recorded meetings with a short 2-sentence summary for each one?
  • How Bill solved the supplier issue while working at the Action Power Plant?
  • Which professions are at risk, and what is the solution? Search in my meetings
  • What Bill asked recruiter?
  • When will be my next meeting?
