1. Complete data isolation
We use Google Cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption. Customer data is physically and logically isolated to ensure a high level of protection.
2. No AI model training
We work exclusively through enterprise-grade APIs. This ensures that no words from your meetings are used to train public AI models such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
3. Data encryption in transit
All data transmitted from your interface to our storage is protected using the TLS 1.3 encryption protocol.
4. Access and recording controls
You can add Voithos AI to a meeting without recording video. If video recording is required for your workflow, you can also disable video downloads in the settings.
5. Data deletion
You remain in control of your meeting data:
- You can permanently delete the data from any meeting you have created.
- You can delete the video while keeping the associated text data.
- You can delete your account. The account can be restored within 30 days by contacting Voithos AI Support. After this period, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Legal safeguards
We are ready to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and DPA (Data Processing Agreement), formally establishing our responsibility for protecting the confidentiality and security of your data.
